**Ingredients**

- 1 pound (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

For the Stir-Fry:


- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
- Cooked white rice for serving

**Instructions**

**Marinating the Beef:**


1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.


2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

**Stir-Frying:**


1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.


2. Add the marinated beef to the hot pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until it's browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the wok and set aside.

3. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil.


4. Stir-fry the broccoli florets and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes or until they are crisp-tender but still vibrant.

5. Return the cooked beef to the wok, add sliced green onions, and toss everything together for an additional minute.

**Serve:**
