**Ingredients**

- 1 small onion, finely grated

- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Burger Assembly:


- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
- Cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
- Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise (optional)
- Additional toppings of your choice (bacon, avocado, fried egg, etc.)

Instructions:

**For the Patties:**


1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely grated onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.


2. Gently mix the ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat to keep the burgers tender.


3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Make an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent bulging during cooking.

**Cooking the Patties:**
