Classic Cappuccino

A "Classic Cappuccino" is a harmonious blend of bold espresso, velvety steamed milk, and creamy foam. A shot of expertly brewed espresso is complemented by perfectly steamed milk and topped with a thick layer of frothy foam. Optionally garnished, this timeless beverage delivers a rich and indulgent coffee experience in every sip.

**Ingredients:**

- 1 shot (approximately 1 ounce) of espresso
- 1/3 cup steamed milk
- 1/3 cup foamed milk
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish (optional)

**Instructions:**

1. **Brew the Espresso:**


   - Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method. You can use an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker.

2. **Steam the Milk:**


   - Heat 1/3 cup of milk until it's hot but not boiling. You can use a milk steamer or heat the milk on the stovetop while whisking to create some froth.

3. **Create Foam:**


   - Froth another 1/3 cup of milk until it forms a thick and creamy foam. This can be done using a milk frother, steam wand, or by vigorously shaking the milk in a jar.

4. **Assemble the Cappuccino:**


   - Pour the shot of espresso into a cappuccino cup.
   - Add the steamed milk, holding back the foam with a spoon to let the liquid milk pour first.
   - Spoon the foamed milk on top of the steamed milk.

5. **Garnish (Optional):**


   - Dust the top of the foam with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon for added flavor and presentation.

6. **Serve Immediately:**


Cappuccinos are best enjoyed immediately while the coffee is hot and the foam is still creamy.
